Happy Ostara everyone!!
I am central time US so, Ostara for me is tomorrow and for some it was today and I wish you a happy one.
I am hoping to make quiches tomorrow and a number of other things including an egg garland for the front door. Anyways I am going to share the recipe for quiches, since they have eggs I think it's a wonderful addition to the day.
Easy Ham,Cheese and Egg Quiche:

• 3 beaten eggs
• ¹⁄₃; cup melted butter or ¹⁄₃; cup margarine
• ½ cup prepared biscuit mix
• 1 ½ cups milk
• 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
• 1 cup chopped ham

Directions:

   Thoroughly mix ingredients together.

   Grease a 10" pie plate with butter. Pour in the mixture.

   Bake for 40-45 minute at 350°F.

   Let quiche stand about 5 minutes before cutting
