Ok...I don't know what to say...lol With all the stress...I have been a bit depressed so no exercising, but still eating smartly portioned meals and making sure I eat breakfast and having a cup of herbal tea has becoming a happy treat. This I will say, my body has adjusted a little to well to a healthier lifestyle..when I drink to much soda I bloat like a water buffalo and if I eat to much food especially greasy, salty foods my body puts up one hell of protest. Another great thing is I have more confidence in my ability to take on a challenge..I'll never know if I lost any significant amount of weight because I hate scales( they are evil..lol), but it doesn't matter..I feel better and I think even after this fitness challenge is over I just might keep at it.
OoooOoo..like I wasn't enough trouble already..here comes a new improved more confident me....LOL
All this healthy living can be a bit of a burden, right? ^^

ReplyDeleteI LOVE the picture. I need constant motivation. I also hate scales (my met with an "accident" years ago). Keep at your goals, I'm cheering you on!
