Fitness update*

Hey everyone, I hope this week was better then the last. For me I had some improvement..I walked briskly 15 mins 4 days this week and my water intake is still 1-2 32oz daily.  I bought healthier options at the grocery store and everyone has gotten into the swing of eating better. I am down to two sodas a day..down from six a day..I'm pretty proud of myself *pat pat* 
I'm still groaning about getting off my butt and changing things up, but I have seen the benefits and even better I feel them. I've been sleeping better and my pants are sliding south (probably water weight from the soda), and my skin is becoming dewy and youthful..and that one is saying alot. I'm not old I'm going to be 30 in January, but because of my lifestyle,stress and lack of water I do not look like I'm in my twenties, but the last handful of times I went to buy my hubby his cigarettes (I know nasty) I have gotten carded..HA! Never happens to me, I even got complimented on my complexion..*primping* May seem silly, but that gave my ego a needed boost.
So, if just a little change is making me feel and look better, I am excited about the coming weeks and well still nervous. Deep breath and ready to keep moving, can't quit now...my inner thighs are still rubbing together ;p Good Luck Everyone and keep up the Great work!

  1. Go you! I can't imagine being addicted to anything really bad and getting clean. This dropping soda thing sucks. Good luck this week.
