Fitness Challenge*

http://www.butlerwebs.com/jokes/images/Little_Girls.jpg

Tomorrow starts the *Get of your Broom fitness challenge* and I think I may have went temporarily insane when I signed up...LOL When I read the challenge on The Domestic Pagan blog, I was excited, but now I'm just nervous. I have tried many times to become healthier and I do ok for about two weeks and then I'm down for the count. So, this time, because of the threat of complete humiliation I will really try to push myself to succeed.
My Goals: To walk 20 mins (minimum) everyday
To drink 1-2 32oz bottles of water a day
To eat more fruits and vegetables
To stop telling myself that I can't do this*

This going to be difficult for me...mostly because I like my rut of sugar and carbs and caffeine...lol
I'm ready to do this...I think ^_^

  1. We all stink at this, that's why fitness challenges work- we all hang together rather than separately. You can do this.

You can always try self hypnosis. It helps me a bit.

  4. I need to add the water drinking to my plan. I HATE drinking water (it doesn't taste like anything) but I need to do it. We can do this!

And if someone tries to tell me anything about my sugar and my caffeine I might be tempted to cause them serious bodily harm. I'll just walk/run extra 30 minutes to deal with the sugar lol

  5. Hey there,
You can do this. Self talk is so important because your body believes what you tell it. Your goals are doable. Just remember, baby steps before marathon running. :)

  12. Love the cartoon! To you, and all participants I want to say "I believe in you! You CAN do it".

(K, now remember that when I get to bashing myself thinking I can't achieve my own goals with this challenge, so you can say it back to me!) Joking (I think) ;)
